Manager, Transfer Agency (FE)

As a Manager, Fund Execution (FE), we are looking for someone with experience within the Transfer Agency or Global Fund Platform. You will be accountable for supervising and ensuring the optimal functioning of a team by achieving the operational objectives defined by your superiors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small to medium-sized team by setting objectives, assigning roles, and managing performance.
• Address and resolve team issues; facilitate training and support skill development.
• Optimize team resources, oversee recruitment, and assist with new employee integration.
• Align team skills with current and future project needs while fostering a productive work environment.
• Participate in operational activities when necessary.
• Contribute to business performance improvements.
• Ensure adherence to regulations, ethical standards, and promote compliance.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and make informed decisions.
• Manage change impacts, encourage innovation, and support independent thinking.
• Stay updated on industry developments to guide strategic evolution.

Qualifications:

• An undergraduate or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other Business-related field.
• Typically 5-7 years of related experience in operations processes such as Fund Execution, Global Fund Platform, Investor or Fund Administration.
• Experience in team management and coaching a team of operations professionals.
• Excellent communication (written and oral).
• Strong attention to detail and technicalities and excellent organizational skills.
• Good knowledge about Fund/Trust Industry and Financial Markets in general.
• Advanced knowledge of Access or Excel macros is an asset.
