About the Role - Drive Sales in the cluster / country related to all Key Account Management through the assigned channels.
Responsibilities
- Drive Sales in the cluster / country related to all Key Account Management through the assigned channels
- Derive the strategic approach for Commercial activities in the assigned cluster / country from the regional Commercial strategy
- Ensure sustainable growth in terms of volumes, revenues and GP in the respective cluster / country
- Create and execute Commercial Key Account Management plan for the cluster / country in line with regional sales plan
- Align with organizational units responsible for products and their defined strategies and objectives (all modes: Air, CL / SCM, Land and Ocean)
- Manage all budgets under Commercial for the assigned cluster / country
Qualifications
- Degree holder or equivalent industry specific qualification
- At least 5-6 years of relevant commercial experience in international logistics industry

- Excellent interpersonal skills and commercial management experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good listening and moderation skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
