- Develop value add / income generating products that would help the Bank in achieving business objectives & goals
- Product Management to ensure all relevant forms/documents/ PDS/Fees and charges etc are updated on time to ensure compliance towards BNM guidelines and the Bank's compliance requirements.
- Develop digital solutions to provide 24/7 services and improve customers engagement / self-service capabilities that would enable the Bank in achieving business objectives & goals
- Portfolio Management with in-depth analysis and understanding of the portfolio and system to formulate relevant system enhancement requirement to improve customer experience and customer handling
- Provide system enhancements requirement, coordinate and participate in UAT & health checks to ensure system functionality as per requirements and smooth implementation
- Manage business partners i.e. ad hoc solicitor requests, annual review and empanelment.
- Work with Customer Advocacy, Call Centre and other frontliner units to resolve customer complaints timely and efficiently. Develop strategies/plans/processes to prevent or minimize occurrences of complaints.
- Provide training and guidance to salesperson/Branch on product / policy / processes.
- Ensure compliance in all internal and external dealings.
