Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting the Team Lead of Partnerships Distribution (PD) Business Planning to evaluate and present business performance from various channels in PD and business insights.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
1) PD Sales KPI and AIB Management
Work closely with Key Account Director and PD Management team to formulate sound KPI metrics for respective channels in aligning with key deliverables from Business Plan
Embed KPI metrics into sales AIB (sales KPI) process and communicate to the respective stakeholders.
Liaise with HR to conduct and conclude the sales AIB process.
Engage with Key Account Directors and Head of Sales to breakdown KPI target by regional/segment level to all Regional managers and Sales Managers
Measure actual achievement against the KPI target for Key Account Directors, Head of Sales, Regional Managers and Sales Manager on monthly basis; highlight the gap against target and work with key accounts to identify improvement plan.
2) Sales Performance Management
Weekly:
Prepare Weekly Sales Update (WSU) report with leading financial indicators (sales, profit, product mix and etc) and non-financial insights from all channels.
Compile all financial information and validate with respective PIC to ensure the accuracy of the data.
Analyst the data and engage with Key Accounts or Head of Sales to understand the sales insights.
Communicate WSU PD management team and present in Regular Sales Meeting
Monthly:
Prepare PD Dashboard with financial information from all channels after month end closing.
Analyze data and reconcile with the insights from WSU to ensure consistent info and insights presented to PD management team.
3) PD Campaign Assessment and Cost Management
Assess and evaluate the financial return of customer and seller campaigns along with the plan OPEX spent.
Ensure PD OPEX is spent wisely and consistent with the objective and strategic intent of the business.
Assess PIR (post-mortem) results from Campaign requestors and work together with PD Cost Controller to compile the PIR results for all campaigns.
4) Adhoc Task
Be flexible and resourceful to handle adhoc task whenever required by immediate supervisor and PD Management Team
Work with the relevant stakeholders to complete the adhoc task within the timeline given.
Job Specification:
Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Admin or similar fields
Minimum 5 years working experience in business reporting/sales reporting preferable in financial services industry (insurance industry will be added advantage).
Highly numerical and strong analytical skill with business acumen
Advance Microsoft Office skill especially in Microsoft Excel
Good team player and strong engagement with all layers of stakeholders in the organization
