, Job Requirements
- Degree, Diploma, GCE A or SPM level with prior working experience in the service industry.
- Prior experience in a customer relationship management role is preferred but not essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English with good interpersonal and communication skills
- A people person who understands how to value add and engage with customers
