Job Description

As Manager,Member Services you are primarily responsible to manage key relationships with elite customers, club members, and our network of consultants.

, Job Requirements

  • Degree, Diploma, GCE A or SPM level with prior working experience in the service industry.
  • Prior experience in a customer relationship management role is preferred but not essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A people person who understands how to value add and engage with customers
