Your Mission
- Identify training needs at the Group/business segment level through regular consultation with HRBPs to ensure alignment with competencies and business needs .
- Work with business representatives to ensure translation of requirements into appropriate corporate learning curriculum that is aligned to the business strategies and business needs.
- Review, evaluate and update of corporate learning curriculum based on understanding of business needs; recommend leading edge and best practices methods, techniques and tools for designed programmes.
- Develop curriculum and interactive learning materials and build or select learning initiatives to bridge targeted skill gaps, including anticipated future skills.
- Support corresponding sections within HR in providing requirements for design and development of relevant curriculum objectives, evaluation strategy, and course outlines for corporate learning
- Engage stakeholders at Group/business segment to create buy-in on proposed curriculum and programmes.
- Monitor and evaluate programme to ensure proper execution of developed corporate learning programmes and measure its effectiveness.
- Consolidate, standardize and develop content in collaboration with subject matter experts; Engage stakeholders at Group/business segment to create buy-in on proposed curriculum and programmes.
- Become Internal Trainer as and when required for selected courses.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- At least 8 years working experience in Learning and Development. Having between 4 5 years of experience in Learning Design is an added advantage.
- Technical: Training Needs Analysis, Curriculum Development, Content Design and Development & Training Programme Design.
- Leadership: Leveraging Talent, Emotional Intelligence, Business Acumen, Driving Change & Performance.
