Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and Assess Competencies:
  • Assess Competencies based on ABP planning, Competencies matrix and Agent Passport
Verify gaps report

Manage Planning and Development Program:
  • Identify Objectives and Scope
Identify stakeholders
  • Development of program plan
Preparing training & learning framework and blueprint
  • Develop monitoring and evaluation plan
Get approval from management

Manage Implementation Planning:
  • Develop Implementation planning

Manage Sales Team On-Boarding:
  • Identify participants/Sales Team
Report to Management

Manage Monitoring Progress Plan:
  • Manage Monitoring Progress Plan

Manage Competency Evaluation:
  • Report to Management

Manage Program Planning:
  • Identify program Objectives based on needs
Conduct Training Need Analysis survey
  • Assist in designing and developing training & learning programs and curriculum
Organize workshop to get input

Manage Design of Program and Project:
  • Design program based on Requirement and needs
Verify with stakeholders
  • Get Approval from CSO and COS

Manage Development of Programme and Project:
  • Develop detailed project plans
Monitor Progress Execution Plan
  • Verify and Approve Modules to be used

Manage Operationalization:
  • Manage effectiveness pilot program
Manage Operationalization
  • Monitoring plan

Manage Scheduling of Training:
  • Identify training needs
Verify and Training Schedule
  • Monitor Training Schedule

Manage Marketing of Training:
  • Monitor Marketing Plan Developed

Manage Implementation of Training:
  • Monitor Development of Implementation plan

Manage Assessment and Evaluation of Training:
  • Verify Assessment criteria and evaluation method
Report to Management/Stakeholders

Manage Talent Certifications:
  • Determine certification Program
Report to management the certified agents

Manage Integration with Passport:
  • Identify Passport System requirement
Monitor Design and development of Passport System
  • Monitor the progress report

Manage Design & Development of E-Learning System:
  • Planning & Design of platform
Get Approval from Management
  • JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma or bachelors degree in Marketing, business, or any related field
  • 3-5 Years experience in related fields
Passionate about learning and sharing.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good command of English language, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Words, MS Excel, Powerpoint)
Team player and efficient

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,
  • 00 - RM5,000.00 per month
