Manager, Key Account Management

Job Responsibility:

• 
  Strong understanding of all aspects of the core business, including operations and system technicalitie
• sGather, clean, and organize data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• .Regularly update and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness
• .Strategic planning to improve client results doing data reportin
• gSupporting Key Account Managers (KAMs) in generating reports and participating in monitoring parcel aging reports
• .Collaborate with team members and other departments to gather requirements, share insights, and contribute to projects
• .Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timeline
• sAnalyzing client and internal data to provide accurate feedback for better client relationship managemen
