Manager, Investment & Marketing

JOB SUMMARY:

• Assist the Head of Company, in all matters under his/ her responsibilities, including but not limited to;

Contribute to the development of a feasible and viable Business Plan (BP) for approval by Board/ State

• Execute and deliver strategies, initiatives, projects, events etc. as per the approved Business Plan from initiation until completion

Obtaining formal approvals on the wish lists of the Industrial Business Park

• Formulating recovery and action plans for issues encountered

Manage investment drive, securing leads

• Drive the marketing and promotion of the Industrial Business Park

Develop and secure incentives from the State & Federal

• Liaison with State Authorities and Stakeholders to obtain requisite approvals.

• JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overseeing and managing the investment activities of the company including securing investment and business leads

• Drive marketing and promotion including attracting new businesses

Develop and secure incentives from the State & Federal

• Contribute to formulating, updating, and monitoring the Business Plan (BP) & KPI set.

To develop a detailed feasibility study (FS) for the relevant initiatives proposed under the BP and to validate all assumptions made.

• Preparing State proposal papers, to obtain formal approvals on the wish lists

Initiate the process, and manage the paperwork in securing related recognitions and certifications from relevant bodies.

• Oversees initiatives timeline, cash flow, and quality to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Manage schedule of initiative/project deliverables in line with development strategy/ contract provision.

• Manage procurement and tendering exercises of consultants/ vendors for approval.

Ensure project execution complies with contractual terms, policies, and procedures.

• Proactively addresses areas of concern and takes corrective actions for all the initiatives under implementation.

Maintain good rapport and establish ongoing engagements with authorities and all level stakeholders.

• Exercise good corporate governance drive execution excellence and achieve quality standards, risk management, and compliance with the Company/ Departments SOP.
