- Position: Manager, Automation and Instrumentation
- Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
- Lead and oversee the planning, development, and execution of automation and instrumentation projects.
- Manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Drive innovation by staying updated on the latest advancements in automation and instrumentation technologies.
- Prepare and manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Conduct performance evaluations and contribute to the professional growth of team members.
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in automation and instrumentation, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong technical expertise in automation systems, PLCs, SCADA, and HMI.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
