An MNC Semiconductor company is looking for Manager IC Design to lead the IC design team and be based in the Penang office.
Key responsibilities include:
- More than 10 years in IC design experience with more than 3 years people management experience
- Lead a team of designers from design architecture understanding to implementation to tape out
- Lead the development and design of IC Design primarily in analogue mixed signal, including verification and etc
- Provide guidance and coaching to direct reports
- Experience in coming up with trade secrets and patents
- A team player with good communication skills
