Recruitment : - Oversee full spectrum of recruitment and attending the interview session
To check and verify the overall coordination of staff recruitment, confirmation, placement, and separation activities in accordance with policies.
Process and prepare monthly payroll in a timely manner to ensure zero inaccuracies in payroll and related records.
To conduct a new joiner _onboarding orientation program _and conduct and exit interview for resigned employees.- Set KPI and work together with department manager to design an effective performance management system and to conduct Mid Year & End Year appraisal
Design Training & team building program to align with company goal.
- Responsible for disseminating HR-related circulars/memos/communications related to all branch offices, as well as at the Group level.
Review and update HR Policy, HR Procedure and HR Processes to ensure we are competitive with industry norms.- Prepare and execute the HR budget within the approved allocation to ensure effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Ensure employee compensation & benefits including Group Insurance plans is competitive to attract and retain talent.
- Coordinate and execute Employee Programs & Activities in promoting work life balance and wellness.
To be custodian of Job descriptions & departmental organization charts
- Employee and Industrial Relations
Manage and resolve employee grievances and disputes.- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend corrective actions
_Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
_- At least 3 years relevant working experience at Managerial level
Knowledge of Infotech/ Zoho is an added advantage
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Good knowledge of Employment Act- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral and able to interact with all levels of employees.
High level of conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills.
