Job Description

OmniRaise is a new Marketing and Fundraising Agency serving the Non-Government /charity sector and specialising in face to face, phone and digital marketing. For the last 5 years we have worked across Asia Pacific (Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia), with plans to expand across most of South East and East Asia by our 10 years.

Fundraising Manager to work in our largest market, Malaysia, where we will grow to almost 350 staff by end of
  • We run F2F as 3 business Units due to the size and scope of our operation, and this would be responsible for working in one of the core Units and working to support our teams in meeting their volume, growth and quality metrics.

    The Fundraising Manager role will involve training, supporting and collaborating with Managers, Team Leaders and Trainers in Malaysia. Youll be responsible for providing strategic leadership, working closely with the managers to ensure teams are supported with action plans, development plans, KPIs, coaching, strong progression planning and succession planning. You will be someone who is able to see gaps in implementation quickly and close those gaps with coaching, refinement of existing systems, developing new ones, or implementing new structured training programs or initiatives. You will also work closely with events and recruitment to deliver the F2F fundraising target, and report closely to our Regional Client Services Team on the delivery of the targets for our clients against budgets.
  • Leadership

Help develop a team of 30-40 headcount;

Be an ambassador and evangelist of our company values and build a culture that is unique but also consistent with the values of the company;

Ensure we remain focused on growth and development of people to achieve our goals for our clients;

Lead from the front and ensure you are ready to go to the ground always to ensure you remain finely attuned to the team and able to solve problems quickly;

Run productive, inspiring team meetings and lead on key team wide initiatives like competitors or incentives.
  • Performance Management

Achieve personal targets as well as daily short term site KPIs as well as assist on long-term quality metrics;

Work closely with Team Leaders to ensure that they are meeting all KPIs around signup volumes, event cost per donor, approval rates, retention rates, and average age criteria;

Organize and create work plans for the F2F team based on briefings from the events team;

Ensure the face to face teams are adhering to the sales process;

Closely manage each of your managers to ensure they are meeting their targets;

Ensure the performance management process is followed properly at all times with the support of Human Resources;

Conduct regular performance reviews and update senior management on any urgent outcomes or action points.
  • Event Management

Manage and maintain our events with your existing teams to ensure we meet our minimum goals for paid sites. Ensure you deploy teams strategically and ensure the allocation of staff within the right segments;

Analyse and monitor events performance and provide monthly update to senior management on CPA (cost per acquisition) and CPS (cost per shift);

Weekly meeting with Fundraising managers to update on event planning. Review results and discuss improvement to event strategy.
  • Progression and development of staff

Ensure you work with your leaders to ensure we are meeting our goals for leadership development to deliver the growth plan;

Invest time and energy in coaching key performers and lifting them to the next level;

Supporting succession planning with clear action plans and strong, regular training of key high potential staff to ensure they are meeting the objectives to progress.
  • Training & Coaching

Develop clear training plans and agendas with your leaders;

Conduct regular team meetings and training.;

Ensure all leadership development modules and programs are carried out with staff;

Continually revise, update and refine our training materials;

Observe and shadow leaders as they Coach their fundraising staff;

Observe leaders deliver training and provide advice, direction and coaching so they can continuously lift the standard of our training.
  • Recruitment

Provide forecasts to the recruitment team of manpower requirements based on attrition rates of staff and leader availability to support team growth;

Work closely with recruitment team to ensure recruitment process is strong;

Where possible get involved in final interviews, or be involved in group interviews from time to time for fundraising staff to ensure we are meeting quality as well as volume requirements;

Interview any Team Leaders as required;

Provide advice and direction to Recruitment Manger on new platforms or channels that could be used to support growth of the team.
  • Logistics, Administration, Reporting

Lead on the development of the roster for the team;

Work with events and HR team to ensure the team are adequately resourced at all times;

Ensure that Leaders submit monthly action plans and these are supported by monthly trackers and goals for leaders and staff;

Oversee the training and induction tracker to ensure all contractors and staff have received the appropriate training to deliver their roles.
  • DELIVERABLES
  • QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE

: A University degree is desired but not essential. Considerable and relevant experience of high-volume event booking and planning is accepted in lieu

: At least 5 years hands-on experience of managing a high volume/high quality F2F campaign with experiencing managing at least 15-20 Headcount.

: It would also be an advantage if the person has experience of a sales related environment

: Fluency in English is required. Ability to work in other local languages is also accepted..

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
