Manager, Finance (Treasury)

Job Description

1. Ensure timely submission of management accounts, cash flow, borrowing and cash report.

2. To review loan documentation and ensure compliance with covenants.

3. To prepare audited accounts, tax computation, tax planning and tax compliance.

4. Liaise with internal auditor, external auditor, tax agent, bankers and other relevant authorities.

5. Supervising accounts staffs in overall financial functions.

6. Any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Job Requirements :

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance with 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience.
2. Proficiency in financial reporting, strong analytical skills, experience with accounting software/ERP systems, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.
