Job Summary
- Responsible for the monthly management account, statutory report, tax compliances and other ad-hoc reports or analysis that required by management from time to time.
- Responsible for financial forecast, monitoring financial performance of the business unit.
- Continue review and monitoring the internal control procedure and process of the operation to ensure all control and adhered.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Monitoring
- Responsible for daily operations of project accounts, including preparation and continuous monitoring of project budget and cash flows. Responsible to perform monthly analysis on financial data and critically highlight unusual items, if any.
- Liaising with various internal departments on implementation of monitoring tools/ budget monitoring.
- Financial Accounting
- Responsible and ensure proper setting up and implementation of accounting system and records in accordance of the Group's accounting policies and statutory requirements.
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly financial/ project account, in compliance with application accounting standards.
- Responsible for full compliance with the company's internal controls.
- Liaising with other departments or inter-related companies on any information/ documents required and perform reconciliation.
- Others
- Liaising with Head Office, bankers, auditors, tax agent and statutory bodies on accounting, financial and statutory related matters.
- Supervising, training and monitoring the output of subordinates/ staff.
Qualifications
Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification or equivalent. Member of MIA

- Strong analytical and problems solving skill, excellent interpersonal skill.
Expected Minimum Years Of Experience
At least 8 years experience in financial accounting functions with minimum 5 years working experience in managerial position.
