Job Description

To ensure financial and accounting documents, reports and statements prepared are accurate, complete and comply with general accepted accounting principles, & submit promptly within the deadline
  • To prepare financial analysis (monthly and as when required) for management purpose
To ensure healthy cash flow in meeting its financial commitment
  • To coordinate and compile yearly budget
To review monthly management account
  • To manage stock control including annual stock take, review of slow movers and stock valuation reporting
To coordinate administration, legal, Company Secretarial and information, communication technologies (ICT) matter with the Group Corporate Services and external parties (If required).
  • To monitor the routine functions of the Human Resources including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices
To deal with auditors and tax agent for audit and tax purpose
  • To formulate departmental internal control and procedures
To perform all duties, inherit in supervision and any duties as and when directed by superior(s)
  • To ensure competent of employees doing work affecting QEHS performance and compliance obligation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM9,
  • 00 per month
