Responsibilities:- Able to handle the full set of accounts.
Responsible for day-to-day operational matters of the accounts department, including timely and accurate data entry into the companys accounting software, preparing payment vouchers, and issuing cheques after receiving authorization from management.- Lead and manage all finance and accounting activities within the group of companies.
Manage cash flow and treasury functions.
- Update and maintain foreign exchange rates.
Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.- Manage, update, improve, and maintain an accurate and effective filing system.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle petty cash and staff claims. Prepare petty cash listings and obtain verification and approval from a superior on a monthly basis.
Responsible for SST checking, and preparing SST filings on a monthly basis.- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines.
Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/bachelors degree in accounting or equivalent.
- Familiar with SQL accounting software.
Able multi-task and work independently.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
