The Day-to-day Activities
- Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Risk
- Develop and implement frameworks, metrics, and tools for assessing, monitoring and reporting on ESG risks and performance.
- Conduct risk assessments to evaluate the impacts of ESG risks, ensure alignment with the regulatory requirements, industry practices, and stakeholder expectations related to Sustainability and ESG issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Sustainability and ESG considerations into business strategies and decision-making processes.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote awareness and understanding of ESG risks and opportunities.
Operational Risk
- Provide operational risk expertise and advisory to Business Units (BUs) from risk identification to monitoring in accordance with the Operational Risk Policy and Standard.
- Facilitate and support BUs in the Operational Risk Management tools, including RCSA, KRI, CET, Operational Risk Incident Management.
- Undertake accurate and timely delivery of risk reporting to various risk committee forums.
- Promote and develop risk culture and awareness in GX Bank.
The Must Haves
- At least 5 years of working experience in related industry with exposure to Risk Management
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economic/ Business or equivalent
- A self-driven and highly motivated individual who is willing to take on new challenges and be adaptive to a fast-growing environment
- Detail-oriented with ability to work under pressure and tight schedules
