Natural Resource Conservation (NRC) tracking and monitoring
Review monthly KPI reporting for accuracy and ensure that the scorecard is updated and submitted on time. This includes tracking ETP performance.
Check that Insight is updated on time and data in the scorecard is correctly captured. Understand performance status and follow up on improvement plans.
Analyse monthly NRC data and establish trends and recommendations on how to continuously improve to meet the target of the BU
Establish BU-wide NRC waterfall charts, and develop a sustainability journey map
Work out plans for commitment in 2030 & 2050 to offset carbon footprint.
Operationalise the NRC journey map
Understand and advocate utilization of existing online monitoring systems across the BU.
Prepare monthly reports on NRC performance for the BU; and every quarter a report on projects , progress and highlight risk and opportunities
Involvement in project identification across the BU to establish a list of NRC projects that need to be carried out in the short, mid and long term. Track project completion. Flag up risk for delays and opportunities for implementation.
Constantly drive for more NRC projects to be implemented by promoting sharing of good practices, conducting literature review, and connecting with possible solution providers.
Refresh the way monthly project tracking is done, present during the OGSM, and highlight the risk & help needed.

Create awareness of NRC
Create Safe Planet Awareness (Better Days Promises) across the BU campaign, competitions & etc
Lead BU Level Awareness Campaign
Set up a platform for good practices related to NRCs to be shared and replicated. Establish ways to promote the use of this platform effectively.
As waste is the key focus area- analyse all waste streams and determine the root cause of waste generation. Share findings every quarter and recommend improvements. Highlight good practices where available.
Actively participate and support programs that are developed at AMEA Regional level and roll out agreed outcomes at BU level.
Drive, track and manage the plant wide NRC campaign by ensuring that relevant stakeholders are engaged and campaign objectives are consistently met.
Join the regional EHS Community Of Practice, share practices, and discuss the issues with the regional connect.
Responsible for liaising with relevant government bodies to ensure full compliance at the Enstek plant. Plan & governance of all EHS Regulatory Assessment
Review monthly KPI reporting for accuracy and ensure that the scorecard is updated and submitted on time. This includes tracking IETS performance.
Actively lead NRC Centre of Excellence together with the Facility Manager. Plan and execute sustainable practices, and prepare evidence booklet for Phase Progression.
Manage IETS Operation & Maintenance Plan, ensure all the parameters are maintained within the limit.
Manage spending within budget for Environment Assessment and IETS Operation & Maintenance.
Report and investigate Environment / NRC incidents / Upsets - track action plan closure rate.
Governance the schedule waste management
Carry out chemical audit for the plant, follow up on the action plan closure
Monthly prepare, quarterly & annual sustainability reports preparation.
Develop training plan and training modules for NRC & Environment according to Kellanova & Regulatory requirements.
Maintain an understanding of processes and functional interdependencies. Recognize and escalate, as needed, those issues identified as risks to, or opportunities to improve plant performance.
