Responsibilities
Investment Analysis:
- Lead project investment department.
- Analyze new project proposal, involve in the preparation of Project Investment Report by conducting preliminary assessment and checking to ensure that it follows Project Investment Framework sets by The Company.
- Oversee and provide support on financial feasibility analysis, financial modelling and other evaluation analysis for new project.
- Involve in strategic business decisions related to investment opportunities.
-Provide support on projects related to investment opportunities.
-Familiar and have good knowledge on rules, regulations and policies issued by the relevant authorities, Companies Act and Bursa Malaysia.
- Capable of understanding and managing the investment related ad hoc tasks and projects.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management, corporate leadership and stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal departments and corporate leadership to ensure investment initiative are effectively communicated and implemented.
-Develop and maintain relationship with key stakeholders within the group, senior management in investee companies and business partners.
Requirements
Qualification:
-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or any related field.
-Professional qualification (CFA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years proven working experience in investment analysis, strategic planning, or any related fields.
Skills:
- Strong verbal communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and other analysis software.
-Strong problem-solving capabilities and have proactive mindset
-Ability to effectively manage changing priorities.
