Manage the data and analytics strategy for the Company.
Prepare and deliver reports to track key KPIs.
Assist in tracking and monitoring the Company's key strategic directions.
Collaborate with department leads and the Senior Management Team (SMT) to ensure business objectives are met.
Oversee transformational projects that help the Company achieve its goals.
Conduct in-depth analyses to identify process gaps, weaknesses, and challenges in key departments. Propose solutions to resolve these issues efficiently.
Develop and maintain data analytics dashboards and manage data.
Monitor business performance, analyse gaps, and suggest ways to address them.
Work with business managers to ensure key performance metrics align with overall business strategies.
Ensure effective communication of corporate strategies to all staff and alignment of Company KPIs.
Provide or compile analysis on key industry trends, competitor insights, benchmarking, and other indicators.
Prepare management reports and ad hoc reports for the CEO's office (e.g., quarterly dialogues, Board presentations, Townhall presentations, business plans, etc.).
Take minutes during management meetings.
Job Specification:
Degree in any discipline with a strong understanding of finance, accounting, actuarial science, or corporate strategy.
Strong mathematical skills.
Exposure to coding and proficiency in analytical tools is advantageous.
Over 5 years of experience in data analytics, corporate strategy, business consulting, or project and change management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in relevant software (Tableau, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Strong people management skills and emotional intelligence, especially in dealing with senior staff.
