Role Summary
KEF is seeking an experienced Manager, Data Analytics and Business Intelligence (Direct-to-consumer Marketing)
Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive business growth and enhance performance KEF, a leading audio brand, is seeking an experienced Data Analytics Manager to shape data-driven decision making within the organization. As a critical member of the team, you will manage cross-functional teams and navigate relationships with 3rd parties and senior stakeholders to ensure that our data-analytics processes are efficient, accurate and align with our organizational objectives. Your expertise will guide us in leveraging data to inform key decisions, optimize processes and improve performance of different marketing functions.
Key responsibilities:
- Contribute to our data strategy and drive execution: Use data to provide critical input to help shape the Global Data Strategy and help execute for the D2C marketing team.
- Manage backlog of data requests to ensure timely delivery of data projects to stakeholders.
- Deliver dashboards for different functional teams, prioritizing those that will deliver maximum value for KEF.
- Act as a consultant, advising on data governance, accuracy, guide and train-up different stakeholders on leveraging and promoting data adoption in day-to-day operations.
- Develop and maintain processes to ensure data accuracy across platforms such as PowerBI, GA4, and other dashboarding tools.
- Create global campaign reports that are aligned with campaign objectives, in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders. Prepare tracking plans to ensure accurate tag implementation on GA, finalize campaign reports and present insights to senior leaders.
- Analyze customer (CRM) data to identify trends, patterns, a and opportunities/segmentation to drive engagement and revenue. Translate business requirements into statistical models.
- Track, analyze and report on key CRM KPIs across regional offices to keep check on performance. Automate reports by creating relevant PowerBI dashboards where necessary. Stay updated on latest CRM Data Analysis methodologies
- Implement marketing attribution models to attribute revenue and calculate ROI across online and offline marketing touch points
- Conduct occasional market research analysis (via customer surveys, 3rd party research)
- Develop data models and templates to set marketing KPIs and annual targets
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, statistics, finance, or a related disciplines.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence in retail, consumer electronics, eCommerce, data consultancy or other related industries.
- Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and modeling tools. Experience configuring dashboards on PowerBI is preferred.
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate data insights effectively to executives.
- Excellent Project Management skills and experience managing 3rd parties/vendors and internal stakeholders
- Good knowledge in Jira/Trello/Asana would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with data languages such as DAX or M is preferred.
