General
- Collaborates with all levels of business owners and other stakeholders (both internal and external) to develop long-range, strategic goals for the organization.
- Actively participates, collaborates with own team and cross-functionally for the achievement of business goals and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborates with business unit administration and line managers to strategize and execute plans that will bring in impactful outcome with periodic review to ensure sustainable execution.
Operation Process Improvement & Portfolio Management
- Leads and/or contributes to continuous business process improvement efforts to help streamline and standardize workflow, communication, cost savings and resource efficiencies for mortgage credit administration operations.
- Proactively review and provide feedback to the management on portfolio monitoring and management.
- Conduct periodic review or reporting to the management on to-be-obtained documents or other reporting whenever required.
Policy/SOP & Documentation Review
- Establish and propose changes in policies, operational procedures and controls for mortgage credit administration operations.
- Conduct periodic review and update of the department's policies and SOP in line with changes in regulatory & operational requirements
- Provide advice and guidance to Mortgage Centre staff on policies & SOP related matters
- Prepare memo and policy papers for management's approval
- Review standard loan/financing documents and letters for changes in line with the regulatory and operational requirements as well as new business initiatives
- Review the letter of undertaking for MG project end financing
- As the Power Attorney for mortgage loan / financing documents
- To assist in ad hoc assignments when necessary.
Education/Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Banking, Finance or related disciplines
