Develop and manages internal and external communications strategies for the organisation. The key objective is to enhance the brand awareness and increase the corporate profile of the company in the industry. This involves both interdepartmental communications and external communications with the industry and market.
Develop and drive internal and external communications strategies to uphold the brand image for the organisation.
Develop a communications/promotions strategy that aligns with company direction. To streamline communications for various internal and external stakeholders including Board of Directors, senior management, employees, customers and more.
Work closely with PR agency for media relations and crisis communications as well as providing advice to elected spokespersons on media engagements.
Working with external and internal resources to execute a wide range of communications including press releases, media pitches, social media postings, regional newsletter, internal and external announcements.
Provide training, guidance and lead the Corporate Communications team.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree or higher qualification in Mass Communications, Journalism, English Language, Linguistic and any related field.
Minimum 8 years of working experience in corporate communications or public relations in a corporate, or agency.
A skilled story-teller who can develop impactful and engaging communications.
Accountable and is able lead an effective communications team.
