Drive strong marketing and brand governance to ensure adherence to overall bank's branding positioning and corporate identity.
Ensure all controls are adhered to protect the image of the bank and customers.
Work with relevant stakeholders to enhance customer experience (CX) and enhance revenue potential through innovation and introduction of relevant marketing technologies.
Analyse market benchmarking, competitors analysis, and collaborating with businesses to improve distribution outreach.
Manage marketing budget and track marketing spend outcomes.
Manage all ad hoc marketing campaigns and communications required to address the business needs in the competitive landscape.
Resume all roles as and when required.
Requirements
Over 8 years of working experience, with minimum 5 years experience in the management of product marketing and/or marketing communication.
Strong analytical skills, identifying patterns and segmenting market effectively.
Solid understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitors analysis.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Dynamic and strong communicator with good influential skill.
Collaborative work style, effectively engages with partners and internal and external stakeholders.
Strong growth mindset, proactive, and results-oriented.
