Main Objectives
To provide support to ensure Area's business performance is in accordance with the company's strategy and
the business model, to achieve the commercial, operational and financial targets for HL's business as agreed
with the Area management. To drive the high level of commercial initiatives and KPI deliverables in Area.
Function and Duties
Responsibilities & Tasks
- Drive performance for various KPI deliverables with countries in Area South East Asia
- Measurement and steering of KPIs for sales e.g. Budget / FC / WVF and application of the optimization initiatives.
- Drive the performance of Value-Added Services, including inlands, in close communication with region and countries in Area South East Asia.
- Maintain Sales Delivery Management.
- Area Point of entry of Digital Business Growth.
- Manage/coordinate global digitalization strategies and target with stakeholders.
- Support and / or implement the commercial project rollout or relevant trainings.
- Campaign Management.
- Performance reporting, including Market (CTS, Seabury), Commodity studies and drive it accordingly.
- Moderate and patriciate the calls
Communications & Working Relationships:
- Internal: Working relationships: ASE Management, QSC Management, Regional Management (where appropriate), relevant HL HQ management
- External: Not relevant
3. Qualifications and Technical Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- University Degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Shipping / Logistics and/or Maritime.
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experiences in a container shipping line or similar international transport related service business.
Job-Specific Skills:
- Advanced negotiation, decision-making and presentation skills, self-confident and friendly when dealing with others
- Good networking capability with business community
- Excellent and effective communication skills verbal and written in English
- Very good analytical and logical skills
