To plan, formulate & launch agency campaigns that drive sales, recruitment & strategic objectives of Agency Distribution & the Company.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- To identify opportunities, analyzing sales trends & targeting the right segments to drive the agency business, recruitment and agency productivity.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to plan, formulate & launch agency campaigns to drive sales, recruitment & strategic objectives of Agency Distribution & the Company.
- Design the launch & promotional materials for Agency Campaigns.
- Managing proper documentations of the end-to-end agency campaign processes.
- Periodically monitor the agency campaigns to assess the effectiveness and develop plans to intervene when necessary, to keep the objectives and budgets on track.
- Post implementation review of agency campaigns.
- Execute financial simulations, to allocate budgets for agency campaigns accordingly. Periodically monitor potential expenses arising from agency campaigns. Thereby, managing expenses within the given budget.
Job Specification
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills with ability to communicate with the team, internal & external stakeholders.
- Strong creative thinking.
- Highly numerate and proactive.
- Has a good command of written and spoken English.
- Self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision always.
- Demonstrates high willingness to learn and go beyond status quo.
- Works well under pressure, and a good team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
