YOUR ROLE:
- Work closely with departmental leaders and teams to understand their processes, challenges, and requirements.
- Analyse, understand and map the current business processes across various departments to identify inefficiencies and redundancies.
- Design optimised workflows by eliminating unnecessary steps, introducing parallel processing where appropriate, and streamlining operations.
- Ensure improvement processes align with MRT objectives and bring tangible improvements in terms of efficiency, cost, quality, or customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition and implementation of the improvement processes.
- Ensure all process improvements align with the company's strategic objectives and values.
- Prepare a regular report and perform specific duty as assigned by HOD.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor of Degree in Engineering (Minimum CGPA of 3.00) with at least 10 years of related work experience.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills including report writing and presentation skills.
- Familiar with Business Process Improvement tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic and analytical thinking

- Presentation and Negotiation skills
- Coaching skills
