- Identify, research, evaluate, and pursue business development opportunities that will contribute to the organization's short and long-term business goals.
- Manage complex, large, or difficult market research or analysis projects; evaluate findings, prepare reports, and make recommendations to senior management about the viability of alternative opportunities.
- Develop and drive portfolio strategy in collaboration with the local market to expand and protect market share, optimize pricing strategy, and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Develop the positioning, pricing, and marketing strategy for new products, and working closely with the global and local to deliver new product launch forecast.
- Collaborating with B. Braun representative in Emerging Market to identifying the potential dealer, manage the negotiation process, prepare contracts, providing inputs on proper pricing, product pipeline and contract terms.
- Establish long-term professional relationships with potential clients, customers, and partners (for example in government or industry associations) to promote the organization's products and services.
- Refer sales leads and customer feedback to appropriate contacts within the organization and liaise with other functional and operational area members to ensure that these referrals are followed-up promptly.
- Conduct training and presentations to existing and potential customers to a high standard
- Plan and execute product-related events (training, live surgeries, roundtable meetings) on a regular basis.
- Work closely with the Supply Chain team to manage inventory with a view to maximize inventory performance while ensuring products are available when needed.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve problems in a timely fashion.

Requirements:
- Possess a bachelor's degree
- 5 years of sales and marketing or business development experience in sutures and biosurgAcuting a 3-year business plan, and managing product launches and campaigns.
- Experience in the product listing and tender process.
- Able to organize internal training sessions, external workshops and continuing medical education for the sutures business.
- Experience supporting OT cases and understanding of various surgical procedures is ideal.
- Exposure in business development and a good understanding of Asia Pacific and Emerging Markets is an advantage.
- Able to identify and build a KOL network in local and/or regional markets.
- Able to work independently in a complex environment with minimum supervision, result-oriented personality.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
