Overview
The Manager - Trade Sales is responsible for the overall performance and trade business growth of assigned portfolio. The successful candidate will assist to develop strategies to gain market share, to grow trade utilization and revenues of assigned portfolio as well as embed sales culture with the objective of establishing strong customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities
Analyze and contribute to the delivery of financial results both in respect of trade revenue, assets, contingents and related financial and non-financial measurements for the assigned portfolio.
Formulate and validate all proposed trade solutions prior to delivery to target customers
Establish, implement and maintain competitive pricing structures and product/solution mix to maximize product profitability and shareholder value. Provide bundling strategies where appropriate, to ensure product or solution profitability
Improve sales efficiency by increasing utilizationratio of facilities and services offered and increasing share of wallet of related trade opportunities.
Provide technical assistance to formulate comprehensive and relevant trade solutions in facilitating closure of large and/or complex business/trade related deals/pipelines.
Implement/observe Compliance Policies with strong awareness of trade operational risks.
Conduct trade related training/briefing for internal staffs as well as external clients.
Crafting relevant and innovative tracking reports in support of ensuring trade business growing on the right direction
To carry out any other duties/reports/presentation as directed by the management related to growing the trade business
Job Requirements
Malaysian Citizen
Prior experience in Trade Sales / Products or Operations is a plus
Any relevant field experience in banking is a plus
