- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to advance the community banking business model through payments ecosystems
- To identify and maintain customer portfolio to drive business growth through nurturing relationships
- To lead and implement innovative approaches to engage the business community for future business activities
- To drive customer acquisition activities with the aim to drive deposits growth by bundling payments and CASA program and other HLBB product offerings
- Provide leadership and guidance to stakeholders (Branch, Sales Channels, SME, etc) in the payments product line up
- Foster a culture of collaboration and cross selling efforts to inculcate the One Bank structure
- To identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with community organizations, local business and associations to expand the reach to the business community for payments business
- Perform evaluation, financial analysis, and recommendation on merchant business, projects and campaigns.
- Drive business development efforts to attract new customers and deepen existing relationships within the regional community
- Provide support to branches for merchant business related enquiries
- Oversee the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, compliance and risk management within the Centre of Excellence framework
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to track progress and identify areas of improvement
- Championing customer engagement ensuring products and services meet the unique needs of the local community
- Implement initiatives to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction and loyalty through personalized interactions and tailored solutions
