Role Summary:

In charge of overall Brand and Communication for Paper Business for the company at regional level. The incumbent will partner with functional leaders across marketing & Sales, Business Unit Heads, Product Line Heads to ensure a consistent voice across all communications, that supports our business goals and strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a brand advocate and drive positive brand positioning thru all communication either internal or external.
  • Drive brand attributes and brand value in all communication
  • Provide strategic guidance to the business on communication plans and look for new and innovative opportunities to propose for effective communication especially in digital space.
  • Drive development of rich and engaging content that can repurposed throughout many communication mediums to increase impact and efficiency.
  • Work with business and customers to build case study as proof points
  • Work with different internal stakeholder team and agency partners.
  • Support local marketing team in marketing collaterals
  • Responsible to develop global projects/ campaign and deploy to local marketing team.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
  • Good communication skills in English and Malay language for both spoken and written. Mandarin is a plus point.
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with customer, team members and stakeholders
