Job Description

Corporate and industry relations play a critical role in education institutions by fostering partnerships that enhance educational experiences, improve job readiness, and support institutional development. These partnerships create a symbiotic relationship where both the educational Institution and the corporate world can thrive and grow together.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Industry Engagement

Stakeholder Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with industry stakeholders, including customers, investors, regulators and trade associations.


Industry Thought Leadership: Positioning the company as a leader in its industry through thought lead speaking engagements, whitepapers, and industry reports.

  • 2. Industry Collaboration and Networking

Partnerships: Building strategic alliances and partnerships with other companies within the industry. This can include joint ventures, research collaborations, and shared initiatives aimed at innovation or market expansion.

  • 3. Networking: Participating in industry conferences, seminars, and trade shows to stay connected with industry trends, gather market intelligence, and foster professional relationships1.


  • 4. Curriculum Development and Enhancement

Collaboration with Industry Experts: Corporate partners provide insights into the latest industry trends and technological advancements, helping to ensure that the curriculum remains relevant and up-to-date.

Advisory Boards: Industry professionals often serve on advisory boards, offering guidance on curriculum design and course content align with industry needs and standards.

  • 5. Professional Development and Continuing Education

Workshops and Training Programs: Corporate partnerships facilitate the development of prof workshops, and certification courses that help students and professionals upgrade their skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month

Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday


Experience:
  • industry engagement and collaboration: 3 years (Required)
