Thinkat is also a member of the ICAEW Corporate Finance Faculty.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Manager/Assistant Manager Corporate Finance at Thinkat Advisory Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. You will be expected to assist in origination, coordinate with other team members and stakeholders for the execution of corporate proposals, in particular for public listed companies, along with providing guidance to the associates.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in corporate finance in an advisory or in-house
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional certification is a plus
