MANAGER, APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT & SUPPORT, IT DEPARTMENT (GLENMARIE, SHAH ALAM)
Job Purpose:
The primary focus of this role is to research, design, develops, implement and provide 1st level of support on deployed application. Manages and ensure that all support or service requests and change request from business owners are well managed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Researching, designing, implementing and managing software programs
- Develop, testing and evaluating new programs
- Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
- Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
- Provide user guide and conduct training to respective users
- Provide 1st line support for all support application services ( Core App and Ent App)
- Ensure all support requests are resolved accordingly and effectively within agreed SLAs
Job Requirement:
1. Qualification:
- Bachelor in Computer Science / Software Engineering or other related IT discipline
2. Years of Working Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field
3. Specific Knowledge:
- Software design, documentation, testing and maintenance
- Ability to use one or more development language-PHP, HTML, Visual Studio, Power Automate and Power Apps (Preferable)
- Experience in support Microsoft Dynamic 365 (D365)
- Data analytics and management dashboard using Microsoft Power BI / Pentaho
4. Skills:
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal
- Understanding of business
- Good in database management
