Responsible to assist the Director to manage the Agency Risk and Compliance portfolio to ensure that it is in compliance with all statutory regulations, Prudential Corporation Asia, Group Head Offices (GHO) policies, practice and procedures.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Engage respective stakeholders between 1st line and 2nd line of Defense and seek proper advice from Risk and Compliance when feasible.
Ensure communication of Social Media Violation based on Brand & Communication's guidelines and report.
Manage communication of Agency governance initiatives to relevant stakeholders i.e. Agency sales team/Agency training, to ensure internal alignment.
Handling of Agency Disciplinary Complaints and act as legal liaison on agency cases involving legal suits/court cases and the onward maintenance of a legal ledger as documentation of these cases.
Ensure governance performance review adhered to Risk and Compliance guide including regional expectation.
Ensure cooperation in deep dive reviews, incident investigation and reporting management.
Job Specification:
Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Risk & Compliance, or equivalent discipline,
Minimum 7 years of working experience in similar capacity, preferably in Financial Institution.
Preferably candidates who possess insurance knowledge and external or internal audit experience would be an advantage.
Meticulous and able to perform well under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsible and ability to work under minimum supervision.
