- Responsible for producing accurate agency contest results for agency distribution channel and compliance with contest rules & regulations.
- Conduct audit/monitoring tracking & verify agency appeal to reward the rightful qualifiers.
- Support Agency Growth (AG) team for business performance related report.
- Tabulating periodical agency contests/incentives performance report accurately & timely according to criteria/requirement stated in the contest circular.
- Perform audit & monitoring of policies captured during the campaign period for cancellation (CFI), lapsed, or reduced premium after campaign has ended.
- Verify & process contest appeal falls within appeal SOP.
- Communication of contest progressive & final results, appeal/tracking outcome to stakeholders.
- Providing Agency Growth (AG) team, the business performance related report as and when needed. 6) Providing contest related data/statistics to stakeholders.
- Attend to all agency appeal/enquiries related to contest/business performance timely.
- Support department manager for IT & System enhancement/fixes.
- Facilitate certification of agency member's performance for industry awards & recognition (i.e. AKARD Award, IDA Award, MDRT Award & etc.)
