We are looking for a Management Trainee (MT) who works under the supervision of all Department Heads in the Company. The Management Trainee's goal is to acquire knowledge across all essentials parts of the business to become future managers. Rotation amongst the different company departments to learn company functions, policies and strategic planning.
Acquire knowledge across all aspects of the business.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, presentations to stakeholders.
Support HODs in goal setting, strategic planning etc.- Build key customer relationships and increase sales opportunities.
Source for new customers and secure new accounts / business.
- Develop and present sales and marketing ideas and strategies.
Contribute new ideas on overall improvement of the Company and department.- Writing reports, briefing notes, and information memorandums.
Attend client meetings and presentations with the Business Development Commercial / Operations team.
- Track performance and maximise returns from existing contracts.
Collation and extraction of data in analysis for profitability.
Candidate must possess at least a diploma / degree in any discipline.- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
