Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Management Trainee located in Chijmes. Our client offers gourmet menus of exceptional value in a wide variety of restaurant concepts together with a catering arm. You will be responsible for training to manage full outlet operations, including kitchen duties, beverage preparation, quality assurance, manpower planning, and cost control. It also requires engaging in suggestive selling based on customers interests, ensuring the store runs smoothly on a daily basis, maintaining cleanliness, and handling any additional tasks as assigned.
