Position Summary
About the role
We are looking for a talented and driven Management Trainee to join our Sales & Marketing team at the Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur, offering the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of hospitality marketing and sales.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist the Sales and Marketing teams in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the hotel's products and services
- Support the coordination and execution of sales and marketing campaigns, events, and promotions
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, social media content, and website updates
- Participate in client meetings and assist with account management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing and sales efforts
- Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by the leadership team
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues and clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with social media platforms
- Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges
