Responsibilities
- Build strong customer relationships that retain and increase customers wealth in financial planning services.
- Identify market segmentation and initiate contact for data collection.
- Analyze data to identify the current financial situation.
- Propose a recommendation based on the current financial situation to achieve a specific financial goal.
- Implement the recommendation and start monitoring the financial goal.
- Identify suitable candidates and set up an interview for the selection process.
- Train and develop the candidates to become a young manager who is capable of financial planning services and leaders in the industry.
Requirements
- At least a Diploma/Degree in any field of study.
- You have to be creative and have a friendly character.
- Can work in a fast-moving environment under pressure
- Good ability to communicate, analyze, and resolve problems
- Fluent in Bahasa & English
- Fresh graduates are welcome
