Responsibilities:- Taking detailed notes and liaising with the District Manager and other HQ departments.
- Reporting directly to the District Manager of all issues (Company operational targets, through ensuring a consistency of operation, product delivery, customer service and approach) and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action.
- Liaison between HQ and outlet level staff, ensuring that all communications are passed down in a timely manner.
- Managing daily operations such as providing support and guidance to all PIC within the locations assigned.
- Coaching Outlet Supervisor in managing shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness.
- Check, follow up and ensure team member attendance is recorded.
- To ensure that there is sufficient manpower and headcount at their respective outlet to have a smooth flow on daily operation.
- Ensuring that all Trainings are completed on time and follow up on the staff progress at the location.
- Participating in meetings and able to supervise the outlet schedule and operations.
- Ensure all outlets are compliant with operational standards, and company policies.
- Investigate, report, coach and take necessary actions towards misconduct issues that come across under their supervision.
- Be able to meet deadlines on preparing documents, reports and updating records.
- Ensuring the highest levels of customer service. Supporting your employees to enable them to be accountable for delivering good customer service.
- Review sales performance data of respective outlets and maximize sales opportunities by looking out for other business opportunities to ensure sales targets are met.
- To ensure cash handling at ZUS location is implemented following the company standards.
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
_This programme is an Operation Career Path where you have to undergo a 6-month Management Trainee programme to polish and train you to become an Outlet Manager. Your salary will be revised after 6 months and will be offered the range of RM3000 - RM4000_- Must possess at least a Degree in any disciplines (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Willingness to work overtime and Public Holiday if required.
