FULL JOB DESCRIPTION As a Management Trainee in the Events, Sales & Management Department, we are required to execute campaigns, customer friendly events and roadshows. We represent our clients at our best professionalism in assisting members of the public in providing social information of our client's brand, thus maintaining a positive client relationships. This is an outdoor/indoor interactive and adventurous task. Ambitious individuals are given career development opportunities within the system.

Meeting KPI's and able developing a new team- Working closely with advertising, sales and marketing department
Provides face to face marketing techniques by creating brand awareness on client's behalf.
- Attending and executing our client's events and roadshows.
Outstanding travelling during road-trips, training & business networking.- Participate in the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives and strategy.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns and brand plans to establish and increase brand presence in the market such as marketing events, road shows and product/services launches in line with company and HQ objectives.
Work in a professional but fun workplace- Nearby to a public transportation stop (MRT Station Phileo Damansara)
Able to develop team building, leadership & management skills
