Assist in improving the recruitment system, continuously optimizing and iterating the recruitment process based on business needs at different stages.
Develop and maintain various recruitment channels, analyze the efficiency of existing channels, and optimize them iteratively.
Collect and screen resumes, conduct preliminary communication interviews, follow up on the entire recruitment process, and achieve recruitment targets.
Maintain a talent pool for key positions, build the employer brand, and regularly summarize and analyze recruitment process data to identify and continuously optimize inefficient aspects.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above.
4-10 years of experience in headhunting or in-house recruitment within the internet industry.
Strong sense of responsibility and dedication, excellent communication and negotiation skills, team collaboration, and ability to work under pressure.
