Job Description: Training Manager Intern

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Training Manager Intern to join our team and assist in the development and implementation of our training programs. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training initiatives in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation and development of training materials, presentations, and modules.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Coordinate training schedules and logistics, including participant registrations and venue arrangements.

Support the delivery of training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually.

Conduct evaluations and assessments to measure training effectiveness and gather participant feedback.

Maintain training records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs based on feedback and evaluation results.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Qualifications:

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with training software/tools is a plus.

4. Prior experience in training, teaching, or instructional design is advantageous but not required.

5. Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards tackling new challenges.

Duration and Benefits:

This internship is a 3-month opportunity, beginning 1st July with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs. As an intern, you will receive allowance and mentorship from seasoned professionals in the training field, gain exposure to real-world training scenarios, and build a solid foundation for a career in training and development.
