Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for handling end-to-end processes for all incoming orders from various channels efficiently.
  • Ensure all relevant parties adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and maintain consistency and accuracy in operations.
  • Monitor order status and promptly address any issues or delays by communicating proactively with relevant parties.
  • Maintain accurate records of all orders.
  • Monitor and manage capacity effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and promptly.
  • Act as a champion for improvement initiatives in the procurement operation process.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Experience in electronic device components is a plus.
  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Immediate availability to start work is a plus.
  • 6 days work week
