Position: Business Development - Base Malaysia
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the platforms localization efforts to promote contract trading, identifying local crypto channels, agents, and quality KOLs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for channels, agents, or KOLs, managing activities, feedback, and coordination.
- Work alongside growth operations and channel/agent/KOL partners to design and execute effective campaigns aimed at acquiring more contract users and increasing contract trading volume.
- Expand local contract resources, handling business development, brand partnerships, and resource exchanges.
- Achieve individual KPIs within the team, contributing to overall team performance.
Requirements:
- Over 2 years of experience in Exchange or Web3, with a solid understanding of local cryptocurrency policies and trends.
- Open to candidates of any nationality and language; proficiency in either Chinese or English is required, with a base in Malaysia.
- Preference for candidates with resources in crypto contracts, futures, stocks, or financial literacy.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency terminology and trends, along with a passion for crypto culture.
- Ability to work flexible hours and engage frequently with the crypto community.
- Proficient in social media platforms such as YouTube, WhatsApp, Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and Instagram, with a keen understanding of KOL content and insights.
