Our client is a well-known manufacturer of cutter, grinder & abrasives located in Tangkak, Johor is looking for a maintenance technician.
Job Descriptions:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.- Conduct inspections to identify issues and replace or repair defective parts.
Ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
Record and report any discrepancy or malfunction.- Assist in the installation of new arrival machinery and equipment.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Comply with regulatory and company standards, including OSHA and local regulations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs and parts inventory.- Prepare maintenance reports and update logs book.
Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years and above of hands-on working experience in maintenance department.
Willing to work Overtime.- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel )
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in maintenance / Repair (Facilities & Machinery)
- Willing to work in Tangkak.
