Perform routine maintenance on CNC turning machines- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues related to product quality
Repair or replace defective parts, using hand tools and precision measuring instruments
- Adjust and calibrate machines as needed to maintain optimal performance and keep detailed records of machine performance
Job Requirements:
- Min 2 years work experience related to CNC turning machine
Able to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software components of CNC machines
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing CNC turning machines
