Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of our rental properties, ensuring a safe and pleasant living experience for our tenants. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for maintenance work, we want to hear from you!Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on rental properties.- Handle housekeeping team to perform cleaning of all properties.
Handle check in check out and late payment.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
Address and resolve maintenance requests from tenants in a timely manner.- Conduct minor carpentry and painting tasks as needed.
Maintain and repair appliances and fixtures.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
Document work performed and maintain accurate records.Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Ability to perform minor carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
